The internationally acclaimed photographer Pia Ulin (IKEA, HM Home, West Elm, Residence Magazine, Martha Stewart, Anthropologie, Vingresor, Elle Decoration, Dwell) holds an intriguing and practical workshop in Barcelona. Pia Ulin has a special ability to enhance, intensify and bring out the best of indoor environments and objects. She guides us through the practical aspects of photography when it comes to uplift interiors, interpret light, composition, capture spaces and experiment with color tones. She tells us about her collaboration with stylists and describes her daily work: the evolution from an assignment to a finished product.

As a participant you get to experiment and to compose photos (together with a local stylist) under the coaching and guidance of Pia, with direct access to her unique experience and knowledge.
Target group
The workshop is for photographers who aim to develop their photography in the interior field, get introduced to and inspired by a new imagery and improve their portfolio.

Location
Internationella Skolorna Barcelona (the international schools) - Barcelona, Spain. We are a part of the Swedish foundation Internationella Skolorna and since 2005 we offer language courses, manly in Swedish and Spanish, and workshops in photography and art.
Our school is situated in the ancient historical center of Barcelona, a couple of minutes walk from the Catalunya square and 15 minutes from the beach. The courses take place in spacious rooms with air conditioning. Wi-fi, expending machines, coffee, an international atmosphere, an administrative staff that speaks english, swedish and spanish and of course our lovely terrace with a view of the cathedral; are a couple of small extras that you’ll only get with us and that makes your stay so much nicer.
